Delhi (All Other Areas)
- Male Owner: 6% stamp duty + 1% registration = 7%
- Female Owner: 4% stamp duty + 1% registration = 5%
- Joint Ownership: 5% stamp duty + 1% registration = 6%
NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Council)
- Male Owner: 5.5% stamp duty + 1% registration = 6.5%
- Female Owner: 3.5% stamp duty + 1% registration = 4.5%
- Joint Ownership: 4.5% stamp duty + 1% registration = 5.5%
Delhi Cantonment
- All Owners: 3% stamp duty + 1% registration = 4%
Registration Fee
The registration fee is uniformly set at 1% of the property value across all of Delhi. Maximum cap: ₹1,00,000.
