What Is Collaboration Deed?
A collaboration deed, also referred to as a joint development agreement, is executed between a landowner and a developer for the joint development of a property, typically involving the construction of residential or commercial units on the landowner's plot. The deed defines the respective roles, responsibilities, construction costs, area sharing or revenue-sharing ratios, and the timeline for project completion.
